The anticipated start date for the 2026/27 winter season at Zettersfeld is December 5, 2026.

• Children who are at least 135 cm tall may sled on their own.
• Children aged three and older may ride under the supervision of an accompanying adult who is at least 15 years old.
• The general duty of supervision applies!
• Store your valuables safely in your pockets so you don’t lose anything.
• A sled can hold a maximum of two people.
• The use of smartphones during the ride is strictly prohibited!
• The summer toboggan run is closed during thunderstorms and severe weather!
• The ascent is via the Schlossbergbahn.
• Keep a safe distance from people in front of you.
• You can easily pick up your souvenir photo after the ride at the photo terminal or the ticket office.

• The Bikepark Lienz is open during the operating hours of the respective lifts.
• We are a proud partner of the Gravity Card.
• The general duty of supervision applies when using the bike park.
• Riding the trails is only permitted with appropriate protective gear and a suitable bike.
• Our staff will be happy to assist you with boarding the lifts if you need help.
• You’ll find the bike wash station right next to the Bike Bar at the valley station.
• Service stations are located at the lift stations, as shown on the map.
• If your bike needs further repairs, there are numerous bike shops in the immediate vicinity.
• Rental bikes are available at our partner shops.

• To help you enjoy your time together on the mountain, your four-legged friends are welcome to ride the lift (no additional fee).
• There is no general muzzle requirement, but dog owners are responsible for keeping their dogs under control.
• Dogs are not permitted on the summer toboggan run.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the mountain, and there are no off-leash areas.
• Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the nearest trash can.
• You’ll find plenty of water at the fountains, streams, and all the huts.

• Parking at the Hochstein and Zettersfeld valley stations is free for guests of the mountain railways.
• Swimming in the reservoirs is strictly prohibited.
• Bicycles are not permitted on the Zettersfeldbahn.
• The Zettersfeld Family Park is open during the Zettersfeldbahn’s summer operating hours.
• Use of the Family Park is permitted only with a valid ticket. (Please note: ticket inspection)
